The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Personal Lines Operations department is currently seeking a client services analyst to develop test matrices and test cases that are applied during user acceptance testing for the PLD Diamond system in our Gilbert, AZ office. 3-4 weeks of training will be provided at headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

Starting Range of Pay, Depending on Knowledge and Skills: $35,000 - $50,000

* executes scripted and ad hoc test requests that require considerable self-direction, creativity and system knowledge
* researches system problems and issues

Education: bachelor's degree preferred; will consider an associate's degree with previous Personal Lines insurance experience
